The meeting started a little late, at 9:50AM and the Toastmaster for the day was Ian Letschnig.
The General Evaluator was Jerry Kim Gomez , and his evaluating team was:

Grammarian& Word Masters: Ji Sang Yu
The word of the day was gap, and Ian and Jerry used it the most.
EDUCATION PRESENTATION
Jerry Kim Gomez have a presentation on making motions according to the Robert's Rules of Order. The PPT is available in the "Member Download" section.
BUSINESS SESSION
====== MOTIONS
Motion from Area Council: Jerry moves that PNUTM will buy pins for all the members and it was seconded by Ping Ping Kang Rogers.
Motion Passes: 10 ayes, 1 nays and no abstentions
Motion: Paul Oh moves that the selection of pins should be a personal choice and it was seconded by Young Joo Kim.
Motion Fails: 1 ayes, 9 nays and 1 abstention
Motion from Area Council: Jerry Kim Gomez moves that PNUTM choses bowling for the Area 60 Excursion and it was seconded by Andy Kim.
Motion Passes: 5 ayes, 4 nays and 2 abstentions
====== ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Register for the Fall Conference by October 22, 2011 to take advantage of the early bird prices.
- If you register for the Conference, please tell Andy Kim and Jerry Kim Gomez ASAP so we can book a bus and make other arrangements.
- Club elections must be completed by November 15, 2011
- Officer Training will be on December 3, 2011
TABLE TOPICS SESSION
Table Topics speakers who speak under 1 minute or over 2 minutes are not eligible for the Best Table Topics Speaker Award.
The Table Topics Masters was Prince Ryu and the theme was "I am innocent!"

GENERAL EVALUATION
- We started late, but it is usual around this time of year because of midterms and the cooler weather.
- Table Topics Masters please remember to compile a list of members and guests who do not have roles and call on them to speak. Try to avoid major role takers as Table Topics speakers, especially the Toastmaster of the day.
- Please remember not to reintroduce yourself when someone had already introduced you.
- Remember that the Grammarian role is more of a style coach than a grammar teacher. Always point out interesting use of language -- and point out who said it -- but do not point or single out people who made grammar errors when correcting.
FINES MASTER
The Fines Master was Jong Yoon Kim and he played a "Who am I?" game. Jerry Kim Gomez won by guessing the answer on the first hint. The answer was Steve Jobs. The first question clue was "I like black shirts." The next and final hint was, "My favorite word is 'I'."
